Rasha Nadeem
Ms. Rasha Nadeem, BHC’s General Counsel, leads the firm’s Banking, Securities and Insurance practice. Ms. Nadeem specializes in trade and foreign investment, privatization, public procurement, licensing, and contracting. She holds a Juris Doctor from University of Baghdad College of Law and speaks fluent Arabic and English. Prior to joining BHC, Ms. Nadeem worked as an attorney for the law firm of Mohammed Issaoudeh in United Arab Emirates. Ms. Nadeem has also worked with the Iraqi Commercial Attaché in Washington, D.C., and Grant Thornton, LLP.
Ms. Nadeem is a member of the Iraqi Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association (Foreign Legal Consultant), District of Columbia Bar Association, and Northern Virginia Realtors Association.
